Pool gone green?

Green pool recovery — $300, four hours on-site.

Algae bloom is fixable. The earlier you call, the faster the turnaround. A pool that's just tinting green can be swimmable inside 48 hours. Full bloom takes a week-ish plus chemicals. We deal with both as part of the Basic Pool Service price tier.

While you wait for the visit: if you have a floating chlorine dispenser, drop a tablet in and run your pump as long as you can — buys time and slows the spread.

How often should I book a Basic Pool Service in Townsville?

Do I need to be home for the visit?

What if my pool's bigger than 100,000 L?

That's a tailored quote rather than a tier — get in touch with the rough dimensions and we'll work out timing and pricing.

Can I reschedule once I've booked?

Yes — free reschedules up to 12 hours before the visit. Inside that window a small reschedule fee applies because we've already routed the day.

Do you handle body corporate / corporate pools?

Yes — same standards, same chemistry approach. For multiple bodies of water on one site or a different reporting cadence, get in touch for a tailored quote.
