You've just bought a house with a pool

Site inspection — we come to you, assess the pool and equipment, test the water, and email a written report. Flat $35. Thirty minutes. The right place to start if you're not sure what your pool needs.
A pool consultation isn't a sales pitch — it's a working visit. We look at what's there, take readings, write it up. You end up with a clear picture of what's healthy, what's drifting, and what the next visit should focus on.
Townsville pools live and die by chemistry. We use a digital meter on every visit so the numbers you get back are the real numbers — not "looks about right" from a colour strip.
Every consultation report includes the ideal range, your actual reading, and what (if anything) needs adjusting. If your pool just needs a chemical tune rather than a full clean, we'll tell you that.
See the chemistry guide we hand out →We do a baseline read of the equipment, chemistry and surface so you know what you've inherited before anything goes wrong.
Water cloudy, algae creeping in, chlorinator not holding the line? A consultation diagnoses the cause rather than guessing at a fix.
Not ready to lock into a regular service? A consultation gives you a tier recommendation (35,000 L / 65,000 L / large) with zero pressure.
Pool included in a rental? We can do a pre-tenancy assessment and a written condition report you can attach to the lease.
Every consultation ends with a plain-English report in your inbox. No templated PDF nobody reads — actual notes on what we found, what's worth watching, what (if anything) needs doing.
No — the consultation fee covers the visit, water testing and the written report. If you go on to book a service we don't tack on extras for the work we already did, but the $35 isn't a deposit toward it.
Not necessarily. If you can leave the side gate accessible we can do the inspection while you're at work and follow up by phone or email with the findings.
Usually within a few business days — sooner for green-pool emergencies. Book online with your preferred date and we'll confirm within one business day.
No. The report is the deliverable. If a regular service makes sense we'll say so plainly; if your pool's fine as it is, we'll say that too.
Yes — same flat fee for the standard residential-sized inspection. For larger commercial pools or multiple bodies of water on one site, get in touch for a tailored quote.
